DtMunitionLaunchController models launch of a munition.
End User Description: Creates a new munition of the type specified in its parameters. Decrements the resource associated with the munition. Generates a plan for the munition, and passes it to the munition. Passes warhead detonation information to the munition's warhead actuator. Reports task complete.
Munitions are not tracked by the launcher once they are launched.
This controller does not register for task messages. It is expected that derived controllers will register for messages that launch specific munitions. (Or, the setAttribute("launch-munition") will be used to launch a munition.) Controllers derived from this one can register for launch tasks for specific munitions; e.g. cruise missile launcher.
