a class that fills out the bdi RenderGizmo private interface and maps it to the DtFxGizmoRenderer. This creates a slightly indirect dependence on vrvFx from vrvDiguy but the osgrendergizmo doesn't know about bdi math classes. only a small subset of the internal functionality has been implemented so far.
