typedef DtEventManager *(* DtEventManagerCreatorFcn )()

Detailed Description

This class will be responsible for sending and receiving data interactions over the network.

The DtVrlinkEventTranslatorManager will keep a collection of translations of events to/from the network that will then get posted onto the event queue when received or sent when added. If there is no event handler for an event type the event will not be processed.

The DtVrlinkEventTranslator class is a small base class that all vrlink event translators must subclass from in order to process events/ send events. They are responsible for: 1) processing incoming protocol dependent network interactions via derived classes' processNetMessage, pulling out their data and putting it into protocol independent DtEvents that are then queued up in the event manager for processing 2) processing outgoing DtEvents via processEvent putting their data into the appropriate protocol dependent network interaction to be sent out.

Contains the declaration of the DtOwnershipTransferManager. This manager will be used to decide if the given objects should be transferred, and, if so, what data to transfew.

In response to a transaction request. Supply data to transmit as part of this transfer response if the response is accepted.

The DtTransferRequestEvent will see if this application wants to transfer the given entities. Response with a DtTransferRequestResponse with the given transaction id and whether or not to accept or reject the transfer.

The DtSimControlEvent is a simple event that can affect aspects of simulation control. This is an internal, not a network, event.

The DtSetEvent keeps a clone of the passed in set request and the object that is to receive it.

The DtOwnershipAcquisitionRejectedEvent will be sent when this simulation has been rejected ownership of the given objects.

The DtOwnershipAcquisitionAcquiredEvent will be sent when this simulation has divesting ownership of the given objects.

The DtOwnershipAcquisitionAcquiredEvent will be sent when this simulation has acquired ownership of the given objects.

The DtInitiateTakeEvent is posted such that a network event handler can respond to this event if it wants to initiate a take request.

The DtGuiEvent is a signal to the front-end to perform an operation. This may be expanded in the future, however, currently is only used for showing multiple enivronments warning message.

DtEvent is the base class of all events.

Sent by the remote controller in response to a receipt of a scenario loaded message.

DtIndirectFireActuator is an actuator that provides a simple model of a cannon.

The DtLegionEventTranslatorManager will keep a collection of translations of events to/from the network that will then get posted onto the event queue when received or sent when added. If there is no event handler for an event type the event will not be processed.

The DtLegionEventTranslator class is a small base class that all Legion event translators must subclass from in order to process events.

End User Description: It can be given ammo to load, and the command to fire. It creates a fire interaction and creates a detonation interaction, which it schedules to be sent.

The accuracy of indirect fire is measured by a set of probably error distances. Fifty percent of all rounds will fall within this range (25% over, 25% under, 25% left, 25% right). All rounds will fall within four times the probably error distance.

Uses Descriptor Type: DtIndirectFireActuatorDescriptor
