Encapsulates a packet which is to be either received or transmitted over the network by the DtAsyncSocket class.

This class is used by STL Containers so it is important that it have a cpyCtor and an assignment operator.

Deprecated:
This class is replaced by DtInetSocket as of VR-Link 3.13
