If the obstruction is coming head on, then the entity attempts to turn out of the way as if the obstruction was a non-moving entity.

Note
Does not assume that the obstruction is an entity, since it is not moving. Uses only the data contained in the collision object, and does not look up any other data (such as a vrfObject).
