Dt3DEnvironmentalVolumetricLineVisualizer displays a 3D volumetric line with extruded width and height. See the DtEnvironmentalVolumetricLineVisualizer class for a description as to why you would use this class and not the Dt3DEnvironmentalLineVisualizer class.

If !deleteTacticalGraphicsOnHide this method will call setVisible(false) on myLineModel, rather than calling destroyModelAgents. This improves show hide performance for the Dt3DVolumetricLineModel as it expensive to destroy and recreate.
