The vl library contains classes and functions which aid in modeling and simulation for HLA1.3, HLA1516, HLA1516e and DIS.
This library is the central component of the VR-Link product which contains the Protocol-Independent Interface (VR-Link Developers Guide Section 5.1), as well as the Protcol-Dependent HLA, and DIS Interfaces.
